It has been clear to me for some time that housing is going fast in the south bend area. The best place to go to look for houses and housing is the Bumbacahouses web site or here. I have found my houses for next year and want every one to know that for housing in the South Bend, Notre Dame area that Bumbacahouses is the best. Housing is going fast for the Notre Dame area. I have been looking to find a new house to move into and their is one company that I liked in particular that has met my standards. Bumbaca Houses has raised the bar in the housing options near Notre Dame. I would also like to point out that they have the most beautiful houses that I have ever seen for rent. I have found the house for me this year and would like to let others know that Bumbaca Houses is the place to go. Just in case you are wondering I have looked at all other housing options for rent in the South Bend area so I am not joking when I say they are the best. Thanks Mike

It proves to be harder and harder to find a place to live, that is next to Notre Dame campus. Many time students or staff will settle for a house that is infested with mice or one that has no AC. This is fustrating to anyone that rents a house. The worst part about it all is to find out that the person renting or owning the home does not even know any thing about civility or being there for their tents. I found this to be the case with some property managers in the South Bend area not to name any names. If you look hard enough though you may find this great little company called Bumbacahouses. They are a locally owned company and the service is great. So If you are looking to rent a house that you can call a home, it would be one of Bumbacahouses houses and they are all near Notre Dame Campus. Sincerely Jim P.
