I would like to thank Cosimo Bumbaca for the great service and help he provided me and my roommates. It was a long year and he was very understanding when it came to move out time. If you are looking for a place to live on the Notre Dame Campus this is a great place to look. I had a great time living in my house, every thing was clean and was working great. Bumbacahouses has launched a Facebook page dedicated to inquiring students. Anyone can become a “fan” of the Bumbacahouses page (no “friend” requests required) and can learn about Bumbacahouses new houses and renters news. Facebook has a growing the international presence of Bumbacahouses website.

Prospective and current Notre Dame undergraduates also will use the Facebook page as they assess their choice of housing for the years to come. After consulting with undergraduate students, Bumbacahousing staff members created the page to reflect the things students said really mattered, such as knowing the housing properties and utility cost on average. For your safety and further protection when going on semester break, contact the police. The South Bend Police Department offers a “Home Watch” program where they will drive by the property on a regular basis.
