Yes, although we ask that you that the pet be trained and that any damages made by the pet be repaired at your expense at lease end.

Yes, we provide central AC and Heating in all the houses.

BH includes security system monitoring, water/trash and lawn care in the rent that is paid monthly. We do not ask that you pay these extra services separate.
