This Notre Dame off-campus house is a beautiful, clean two story Victorian house one mile walking distance from Notre Dame Campus. The house is also cable and high speed internet ready for use. Parking for the house is located in the drive and in the parking lot next to the house; Lawn and water/trash included in rent. All Bumbacahouses have been fitted with modern heating and cooling systems. All exterior walls of all our off-campus houses are insulated to help lower cost in summer and winter months.
